CUSTOM SYNTHESIS / CRO / CRAMS / AMINO ACIDS / PEPTIDES
We provide support to clients of the chemical, medicinal, pharmaceutical, Specialty chemical, Pheromones, Agrochemicals, Pesticides, and Cosmetic industries for the synthesis of New Chemical Entities (NCEs), Fine & Speciality Chemicals, Amino Acids and Peptides and their related products in the form of comprehensive research services on a contract basis or Full-Time Equivalent (FTE). We specialize in custom synthesis and contract research to provide various chemical synthetic services.
CMO/ CDMO
We provide CMO / CDMO services for the manufacturing of drug intermediates and substances by maintaining ICH quality through innovation and development with good documentation maintained by dedicated API experienced scientists with best manufacturing facilities supported by analytical services on kilogram scale to ton scale with accreditation and state-of-the-art.
API RM'S / KSM’s / INTERMEDIATES / PROCESS DEVELOPMENT
We develop the process for pharmaceutical intermediates & advanced intermediates of API’s and their basic raw materials with affordable price by innovation and excellence to support our customers with complete documentation required for Process Development Report (PDR) and their DMF filing with support of our dedicated API experienced scientists / staff.
Manufacturing Site Capabilities
- R & D cum Pilot Plant Facilities
Presently, the LNC PHARMARIX has well-equipped R&D lab and pilot plant with major research facilities (listed below), and a few more high-end facilities are expected to be added to the list in the near future.
• Eight fume hoods with exhaust blowers
• Mechanical & Magnetic stirrers
• Rota vapor and Chiller
• Autoclave / Hydrogenators 500 mL & 1 L with cooling and heating systems
• Heating mantles (1 L to 5 L)
• pH meter
• Analytical balance 0.1 mg to 10 kg
• Vacuum Oven& High Vacuum distillations
• Glass reactors (50 L and 100 L)with temperature ranging from - 78°C to 250°C
LNC PHARMARIX has Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for Plant (1 KL to 5 KL, Glass reactors and Stainless-steel reactors, total of 25 KL) and analytical support through external support to maintain confidentiality and protection.
Quality
We strongly focus on developing and manufacturing of CRO, Fine & Specialty chemicals, Amino acids/Peptides, CRAMs, Bulk Drug products, and API intermediates/impurities with highest quality supported by good analytical data and complete documentation to chemical, medicinal, pharmaceutical companies globally to meet customer needs & standards. LNC Pharmarix is also in the process of developing the new drug delivery and technology transfer to support new dosage formulations for better processes.
Our routine activities are:
• Make, distribute, & sell the high-quality chemical products with a commitment.

• Complete impurity profiling in all the developed products supported by NMR, HPLC and GC analysis.
